The development includes two distinct configurations:
The property located at 99 College Hill will have 16 apartments over four storeys.
The Dublin Street building will contain four homes designed to align with the scale and character of the neighbourhood.
The uniqueness of the development is underlined by its 3-D GRC clad façade with innovative joinery design and high-performance features. Babbage was engaged very early to guide the design and selection of the systems through to design and construction monitoring.
