The Manukau Health Park project marks a significant step forward in delivering comprehensive healthcare services to South Auckland’s rapidly growing communities.
Designed with both capacity and innovation in mind, the three new buildings will accommodate 150,000 additional outpatient appointments and 450 new full-time staff, while showcasing a bold and forward-thinking architectural design.
Our team supported the project with construction monitoring and design verification. The scope also included the installation of new terracotta, HPL and metal cladding, joinery, tanking and warm roofs.
